Elmer's glue (white) Hobby Shops carry the product I use on noses, however. It's called Mod Podge and comes in varying sizes of plastic jars. Paint it on. It's also white and dries clear and shiny.

Just out of curiosity, where do you live? I'm guessing Sweden or nearby?

If you want a shinny, moist nose look, buy a spray can of lacquer spray and apply a flew LIGHT coats.

This will work, make sure it is clear gloss.

I would suggest spraying a small amount on a card and then using a small artist brush to apply it on the nose. That way you will not have a overspray mistake to deal with.
