Duck bill

A few years ago my dog chewed the bill off of a beautifully mounted pintail I had. I took it to a local taxidermist who replaced it with a bill from a gadwall. The new bill had to be increased in size with putty and also had to painted. It really does not look that great. Do they make synthetic duck bills that I might use to replace the current one? If so, does anyone know of a good duck taxidermist that might be able to do this?

I could fix it for you but your a bit of a distance from me..

And yes, there are artificial duck bills out there, they are excellent in detail. If you can get a taxidermist in your area to repair it, it's really no big deal to replace it, a number of the big taxidermy supply companies have them for sale..

Good luck!!! thumb
