I had problems , and still have problems with a taxidermist in iowa. It looks like I might recover my horns,(kudu and Impala) but havent located the capes yet (kudu, impala and zebra). Were said to be at the tannery?? Been lied to so much I dont believe it. If they have vanished is there any place to get a reasonable price on capes for a kudu, impala and zebra?
Thanks
Dean

Taxidermy.net is a good place to start as is ebay if your looking for yourself. Your taxidermist should also have some "connections" on finding hides. The zebra will be the most expensive for sure, but the kudu should be relatively easy.

Thanks guys Im not totaly sure they are missing yet. The guy told the sheriff they are at the tanners the day after he told me he would mail everything to me the next day. Waiting to get word from the tanners if they are lost or ???
Widowmaker I check with you if it turns out how I am thinking it will.
Should have done my own stuff Im not a pro but they would have looked better than how they do now.
Thanks Dean
