I got my spring Rio this weekend near Robert Lee, Texas. It was in the 80's.

Good Hunting,

Was that Saturday or Sunday? Saturday morning was nice, as was Sunday, but the wind blew so hard Saturday afternoon that I couldn't hear my own call. As always, West Texas needs a rain.

Nice gobbler.

Stonecreek,

It was Saturday about 11:45 AM. The wind was blowing gale force! I was lucky he came in. He was the only gobbler I saw or heard. The hen that came in ahead of him was the only hen I saw Saturday also. They did not get a drop of rain over the weekend. I hope some comes soon.
