Checked the cam after vacation. Forgot to put in a large card, only had a 32 meg in and lost 2 weeks of pics.

Lots of false pics from sun in the afternoon. Forgot to turn sensitivity down too. Sun kills this spot from 11am to 2 pm.

Right before I went out to get this cam I was reading an article in the local paper about how all the rattlers are out now and to be careful. The article had pics from the canyon where this cam is . So I made sure I had my snake gaiters and hiking staff (snake probe) with me.

Cam is a Leaf River 2.1 megapixel, old sensor model (5 second trigger)

yeah i live santa clarita and the area looks like the same as it does here
