I just talked to Mike Harris at Nosler about their soon to be released new bullet line called Accubond. Somewhat like the Swift Scirocco but using Nolsers typical jacket material and lead alloy. I asked him several questions, most specifically about the 200 grain 30 caliber. He said it would likely be longer than the Swift 180 Scirocco, its jacket would be thicker than the 180 gr 30 cal but not as thick as the 200 grain 338. He also said estimated bc=0.588. He said it should perform very similarly to a partition, not giving as wide and short of a wound channel as the sciroccos. He said accuracy should be the same as with the normal ballistic tips. Release date should be April or May. Very interesting. Rufous.
