Apparently the powers that be either ended the Topic about Red Deer in Maine or at least prevented me from replyiing to any questions.

To answer the question about our success rate, our rate of success is about 90 %. Most of those that fail to take their deer are those that try to still hunt . We do not guarantee the hunt only the opportunity.

Do you mean this one? Accessable to me.

I used to hunt whitetail on 10 acres of swamp, most people could not see one or shoot one. Seems you have stumbled on the wilderness/game farm argument, good luck.

Sacred cows make the best burgers.

Good Shooting!

bull

It isn't closed and no one is prevented from posting.

It does take forever for the post to load because of the huge pictures you posted though. It hangs up my responses too.

Cheers,
Canuck

Mark,
The topic is still open. The problem, as Canuck stated, is the numerous large photos you have posted.
Delete or resize them, and you will be able to access the thread more readily.

George,

I looked at it closer....the pics are part of the problem but the real culprit is jimmyd223's classless avatar. It takes forever to download his soft-porn "gif", especially with a slow dialup connection. I've tried for 15 minutes and it still hasn't finished downloading. It must be over a Mb in size????

Mark,

Please compress your pictures for our members on dial-up connections. You have some pictures over 200,000 bytes. Compress them to about 50,000 bytes or less.

Regards,

Terry

jimmyd,

Thanks for changing it. Makes a huge difference in load time for dial up users.

I'd have to be dead or insane to argue that! I will admit that I was a little disappointed my slow dial-up prevented me from seeing the whole thing.

Cheers,
