big game in Argentina

Does any of the gentlemen/ladies have experience/information about hunting big game in Argentina? I have been in a couple of their hunting sites, and see they have blackbuck, waterbuck, sika deer and red stag, among others. I'm asking 'cause once I turned up a hunt in Europe because animals were obviously tame, and I am not a butcher. Heard some guy comments about relative tameness of game in one Argentinian place, but the man is sort of a braggart. I would hate to loose time and $ turning out a hunt again.
Thanks in advance.

I spent my honeymoon at the San Huberto Estancia in Junin (north of Bariloche). Stag hunting and the fly fishing (Malleo River)are both fantastic. Tame is not a word I would use to describe the game. The ranch is huge and for those of us in the States it is best described as Wyoming/Montana in 1890. Early April is the best time for overlapping hunting/fishing season. Man, I want to go back!
