I will be going to the Buffalo Narrows region of Saskatchewan in November to hunt whitetails. Anyone ever hunted there? What kind of hunting conditions can I expect? What is the typical size of the deer harvested in that area?

Denvas,

What method will you be hunting deer?

Normally in that region they hunt from stands over bait.
I would be prepaired for cold weather. Your outfitter should be able to fill you in on what you will need.
There are BIG deer in northern Sask. It may suprise you. You may not see as many as in Texas but atleast you have a shot at the record book.
Some of the biggest bodied Whitetails I have seen come from North Sask. I hope you aren't using a 243.

Yup, its bush
You can expect anywhere from 0F to 32F so dress warmly, Deer up to 400lb.
Not a lot of humidity typically so even if its cold its not bone chillin. .
Sask accounts for half of the B&C whitetails taken in Canada a year, my buddy got the 11th best deer in the prov, scored 182 4 years ago.
