if you mean has Winchester formalized it by chambering rifles in that caliber, I don't think so. Last time i checked they were still pushing the 270, 7mm, and 300 WSMs. As for chamber reamers, dies, etc. You can just about get anything for a price.

Bob338 built one last year, he took a huge bull elk(360 class)with it. Maybe he will post more info on it. I believe he posted results on HA. Pac-Nor is listing a reamer. sure-shot
