Gentleman,

I have a 20 year old 2-7 that has seen better days. All of the damage is cosmetic but it's pretty beat up.;deep gouges into the metal on tube and bells. Have any of You ever sent one in similar shape back to the Factory for repair?

I'm wondering if they will repair or offer me a replacement for a fee??

You will never know until you ask the source. What have you got to lose other than a few buck for shipping?

Give them a call. They have always been great with me. That is why I will buy no other scope.

I have been using Leupold scopes for over 35 years and NO COMPANY has ever even come close when it comes to customer service. I once sent in a 1.5 x 5 VX3 for reticle change and they sent a new scope because of upgrades to their product, no charge. Thank you Leipold. None better.
