Kind of off topic but what the hell...I am stuck waiting for Ms AAZW's delayed flight from Boston and have the tube on Sportsman's Channel. Most shows are pretty bad, but I do like the show "Brotherhood Outdoors" - a show hosted/sponsored by trade unions. They take one of their members on a hunt and I must say, watching a guy on a hunt of a lifetime is much more entertaining than watching some guy whack his 50th Cape buffalo or 8th deer of the season.
I have never been a union member, but my brother is, as are many of the customers who use our software. I have a lot more in common with a union member that hunts than a software entrepreneur who does not.
The show reminds me that lots of us thank service members but it is important to remember the skilled trades contribute a lot to what makes this country great.
As Rubio said, "We need more welders and less philosophers."

Does anyone refer to those who weld as "weldors" anymore?
That seems like an obsolete term.
