That laser bore sighter that Shockey advertises. He implies in the ad that using the sitelite is an adequate substitute for actually checking and/or adjusting your scope by firing at a target. Sorry, but I am skeptical. Anybody have experience with one? Thank you

Works for me...I sight my rifle in then put the site-lite in at 25yds and make a reference target. Carry the target and site-lite with on a hunt and when I arrive if the green dot is in the same spot on the target when I left..I'm good to go and confident in the rifle.

What don't you trust about it?

I figured it was just a bore sighting. I guess it's more accuratethan that down range. Thank you.
