Lookin for the best 160-175gr. pill out of the 7mag for whitetail and black bear. was thinkin about the Federal gameking, partition, or Winchester Failsafe or partition gold. Any experience with these bullets?? All comments are appreciated. Ryan

Find the one that shoots best best in your rifle.They will all do the job on deer and bear. Personally I would not shoot the Sierra at close range under 50 yds in a 7mm RM unless it was the 175 gr.

The only factory ammo I have hunted with in 7 Rem Mag was the Hornandy 175's.

They worked well and I recommend them strongly

My 7mm likes the PMC gold with the 160x-bullet. Accuracy was good, but velocity is a little slower.

The Federal premium with the Nosler partition, or the hornady with the 175 gr. would work great. Another option is CPC cartridge, they have 175 gr. partitions and x-bullets...check out our 7mm Rem Mag website...
