Well guys I got my Oryx wall-pedestal mount back from the taxidermist last week. I shot this bull with a handgun back in July. The hunt was a gift from my parents for my college graduation. I think the mount turned out great and goes well with my other mounts. These are all in the living room of my house. The taxidermy work was done by Rocky Cooper, owner of Brush Country Studios in Houston. Let me know what you guys think.....

Looks like a home run to me. The wall pedestal is a great mount.

Turned out great. I also had mine mounted with a hard turn but decided to go with a regular shoulder form rather than a pedestal.

Damn kid that is a nice looking room! Good job!

What's your next exotic hunt?

I am thinking about buying 60-150 acres on the Edwards Plateau as a future retirement site for 25 years from now.

Thank you.

More than likely, I will be chasing after a Nilgai next. Although.....Aoudad are also high on my list. But I think Nilgai might come first.
