South Dakota antelope??
I've got a cousin that lives in Rapid City that I might be visiting this year.Of course she's clueless about the hunting opportunities there. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any huntable antelope populations within a reasonable drive of Rapid City. Any tips on where there might be good areas on public land ?? Thanks.

Well, I will tell you that there are many many antelope living just east of Sturgis. However, whether you find any land on which to hunt them will be another story.

There are many Walk-In areas in the Northern portion of the state. Hunting can be a difficult however with a little luck and some work you can kill a goat. Call the fish and game dept for info.

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!
