bowhuntrrlSouth Dakota antelope??
I've got a cousin that lives in Rapid City that I might be visiting this year.Of course she's clueless about the hunting opportunities there. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any huntable antelope populations within a reasonable drive of Rapid City. Any tips on where there might be good areas on public land ?? Thanks.
Well, I will tell you that there are many many antelope living just east of Sturgis. However, whether you find any land on which to hunt them will be another story.

ROSCOEThere are many Walk-In areas in the Northern portion of the state. Hunting can be a difficult however with a little luck and some work you can kill a goat. Call the fish and game dept for info.
