I'm going up to Estes Park this coming weekend to fly fish. Not camping. I will camp in Sept. I checked out the firearms regulations. If you have a Colorado concealed carry permit no problem. This is the excerpt I think p dog would appreciate. "Firearms should not be considered a wildlife protection strategy. Bear spray and other safety precautions are the proven methods for preventing bear and other wildlife interactions." The government agency's all follow the same tune. it is hard to tell any of their bear statements apart. But then I would agree firearms do not protect wildlife. They are a human protection strategy. They are used to protect humans very nicely. | |||
