Obviously I ain't liven right!

Or it might have to do with the three sheep tags, one mt. goat tag, and the bison tag we drew in two years!!!! Ran out of luck!

Congratulations Steve, and good hunting!

LapidaryI pulled a buck antelope. First hunt for antelope.
Didn't get my 2 reduced price doe/fawn antelope tags for unit 96 this time around. First time we have ever failed to draw them. Must not have held my mouth right when I filled out the application this time around.
Bummer because I really wanted some antelope steak this year.

Linda - What do you say to a $20.00 gift certificate to Cabelas, to the one with the highest gross scoring bull? It'll heap some added pressure onto my guide, cause if I lose, its coming out of his tip!!

L. David KeithWe no longer draw for deer, boar, bear or turkey, it's all OTC with a 3 buck limit plus 3 does per day. We draw for very limited elk tags but that's it. One of my AZ outfitters hasn't drawn an AZ antelope tag in the 20 years he's been trying....what frustration

Our family put in as a party for a trophy goat area and a late season mule deer. No luck. But that is OK, I love hunting the general season for elk and deer.

Now and then I look at the map and wonder about the Grays River country south of you...

We had 96 for second choice...got something else instead. We've talked to residents who went a couple of years with no tags, who blame it on nonresidents who pay more for them (meaning us).

I surely don't blame the non-resident hunter that draws a tag. More like our herds are not where they were in population before the 1992-1993 winter. And then on top of that we had a drought for ten years. Good Luck to you on your hunt.
