Can anyone suggest a good butcher for processing wild boar in the southern California area?

Close to southwestern LA County (Long Beach, Cerritos, Whittier, La Habra) or northeastern Orange County (Anaheim, Fullerton, Brea) would be a plus.

Thanks for the reply; I looked around JHP but failed to find the directory of butchers.

I did search the hog forum at JHP and found one processor not too far from my location. However I appreciate the butcher directory, so that I can easily do some comparison shopping.
