I just obtained permission to hunt 50 acres east of Natalia, TX in eastern Medina co. I was wondering if anyone had hunted in that area and the the size of the size of the deer around there.

If the deer reach 5.5-6.5 years old they can be big. What kind of land neighbors you?

It it really hit and miss. Like Perry said, a lot depends on the neighbors. There are some nice deer in the 120-140 class if you are in a good spot.

I took this photo of a typical buck here in my yard.

I have small acreage on either side one with a watermelon field, and about 500 acres behind me and from what I have been told by my friends aunt who owns the land no one hunts deer, they just shoot the hogs which seem to be everywhere. I'm happy knowing that there is a chance at 120+ class deer. Thanks for the information.
