Does anybody have a butchering video you like? I had one I lent to a friend and never saw again.

The video show the butcher starting with and elk on the ground. He used the skin for a clean work surface and showed how to bone the whole thing right out there in the field. He showed how get into the joints, follow the bones, everything. Then he showed how to turn those pieced of meat in to perfect steaks and roasts and everything just like you get at the butcher.
It was awesome, I can't fine that one anymore, and I'd like a new one.

The Kentucky Game/Fish website used to have one on their site. I haven't seen it in awhile though.
