Anyone hunted blackbear with hounds? Or can you recomend a good DVD that has this kind of thing in it?

I am looking at booking with a guy in California in Nov 2008.

Anyone got gouge?

I have. A very good friend of mine is a houndman and I have treed many many bear with him and by myself with his dogs. Never seen a good commercial dvd or video, but I have seen alot of bad ones. Never hunted in the big C.

I've ran a lot of bears with the right bunch of hounds and guys it can be a blast. Haven't seen any DVDs on it.

I used to guide for bear and lion with hounds. It is one hell of an experience. The hounds will take you places you never thought you wanted to go. It is a very physically demanding hunt when done right.

Do it, hunting bears with hounds is nothing like you think it will be and is a very rewarding challenging hunt.

I did it professionally for nearly a decade and I still go with the guys every chance I get. there is nothing like racing a bear all day through gods country.

Dennis Ingram lives in Utah and puts out bear hunting with hounds DVDs . If you do a search on the google his web-site should come up.

Or Bear Crazy II. Dennis put out a good hunting movies.
