Just wondering how the deer wintered up in Northern WY- East of YNP. Anyone care to give some input? I don't have a tag this year, but might have to buy my son a non-res F tag if I can't find something for him to hunt soon. Thanks

Plenty of snow in the mountains, but no prolonged severe cold. In the valley's where many of the deer winter the snow never got too bad.

Thanks for the info. He is 12 so a 2x3 would a "good one". He didn't get a tag for home, yet.

Take the boy out there as there was no more than an average winter out in that area according to friends I have out in that area.
