David, what are the specifics regarding the type of hunting and accomodations etc.? Is the hunt totally inclusive--i.e. all meals provided, transportation etc. I am interested and may have a couple of other hunters that are as well. Thanks--Don

Hi Don Yes, All meals and lodging are included. There are no hidden surprises. You get yourself here and we'll take care of the rest. We hunt with mainly portable yet compfortable treestands, with afew permanent stands. We find that with portable stands, a hunters success rate is much better. If the buck your after snorts or spots you we move the stand. You have to expect to walk 1 mile to get to your tree stands. We walk you in and out until you feel compfortable that you can do it yourself. Some people stay in there stands all day but I prefer bringing a guy in for an hour or two in mid day. That is up to you though. Thanks for your interest, David

Hi Hector The price of the hunt is 2050.US, plus 7% tax and 210. Cdn for license. You can also shoot a timberwolf on the same license as long as you shoot the wolf first. These are the only 2 species that you can hunt at one time. I just had a bear cancelation today for this fall starting the last week in August. The price of this hunt is 1750 US plus 7% tax and 210 Cnd for license. Thanks for the interest, David

Dave, That is a great price for a Manitoba bear hunt by the way. I am familiar with the area. Good chances for a nice 300+ lb bear, many color phases. Wish I had the time this year... |

Come hunt in Manitoba! Great hunting to be had here! Especially for the Southerners, we have "man-sized" deer up here to shoot. Too bad there's tax on it, that shithead Doer doesn't deserve it! So $1750US for black bear, eh? Is that the standard price? I may be interested in a hunt, but can't afford it this year, getting married is really expensive! ________ "...And on the 8th day, God created beer so those crazy Canadians wouldn't take over the world..."

Hi Guys I am sorry but I also have to raise my bear hunts prices. With the rising costs of fuel, everything else has also gone up. I love what I do and want to make my hunts as affordable as possible without cutting down on the quallity of the hunt. Unfortianatly, I do have to treat it as a buisiness and make some money at it or its not worth doing. Again, sorry for the inconviniance. (Bear, $1950.)
