L. David KeithHi Jim, Area 100 is the opposite side of the State from where I hunt: it is extreme SW. I've been hunting speed goats since 1981 and have taken a great many of them, a dozen trophy class. My best advice is to call the WY G&F and ask them to send you a list of Walk in area maps. These are private property areas that the landowner has opened up to public hunting. Just as the name implies, it is walk in only. No driving without permission (to retrieve game). Also, call the local PO in Evanston or Diamondville. Ask the Postman/woman if they know who allows hunting. Most of them know EVERYONE. That's how I started years ago and it never let me down. Good hunting and hurry! March 15th is application deadline for Deer and Antelope. LDK

L. David KeithYou should give it a try. You may have to wait until Monday to call the G&F but they have walk-in listings. You can overnight your apps as late as Wednesday. Good luck with the draw! David

Heck, you can apply over the internet. I applied for mtn. goat this year, and it was a cinch.
