Straightening out turkey decoys

I just bought a new set of turkey decoys and they need a little help. They are your typical plastic decoys; however, they are a bit crumpled up from being in the packaging box. What are the best ways to get the decoys straightened back out? I thought about getting as much newspaper as possible and stuffing them to try and get the plastic to relax and mold back to shape.

Any ideas/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Give your birds hot bath.
Fill the tub with hot water, then put your decoys for an hour. It worked for me

ml350,

Thanks for the suggestion. I took a blow dryer to it today and warmed it up enough that it went back to form.

You have the idea. Usually any kind of heat will bring them back into shape nicely.
