Colorado Bear and Moose results_____________
are not quite posted yet but found out that I did not draw Moose and no Bear either.
My brother had the same luck.
I have maximum Moose points, 11 weighted and have been applying far longer than they have been issueing preference points (1986) I think I'm overdue for a Bullwinkle!
My poor luck in the early draws can only mean that I am drawing one hell of a Buck tag this year!
Good luck to all of you in the draws.

I drew my bear tag, but I kinda figured that was going to happen.

No moose tag for me either, but I kinda figured that was going to happen.

I guess we're back to backing deer out of some dark hole again Snellstrom!!! Oh, and my bear too!!!

I just put in for a point for bear. But, I don't see anything posted for moose yet on the DOW website. That site says the moose results will be posted tomorrow. How are you getting the info early?

You can call or go by a CDOW office and get the results. Or, you can go thru the back door, which is posted. Go to the CDOW website and act as if you are purchasing a habitat stamp. Once, you've submitted your information you'll be directed the next screen about available licenses, etc. If you drew, your current licenses with show a 5XX in front of the license you drew. If you didn't draw then it will be a 4XX number. That's how I found out about my bear tag yesterday.

Thanks. I'm stationed in Virginia with the Navy so going by the DOW is not an option. I'll just wait until they're posted on line on the 13th.

After all, it isn't like I can go fill it on Saturday even if I draw. I'm maxed on points and weighted points so I'm playing the waiting game like everyone else.

Checked last night, didn't draw a moose either. Guess that is why I planned a bear hunt in out of state again so I didn't have to put in for that draw either.

I wish someone I know would draw a moose tag! I'd love to go along for the hunt.

No moose. They should make these points inheritable then maybe the kids might have a chance!

12 points for a bear, Holy cow! How many does it take to draw?

Thanks!

And yet again, I will receive a check for the refund of money put towards a license. Next year is another throw of the dice. I'm at 3+11 weighted for moose and 12 for bear. But then all I do for bear is preference point. Someday I'll have to cash them in.

Still waiting to see what NH does on their moose draw. That one should be out on june 11. That will be my last try for moose. Now just have to wait on deer, elk and pronghorn. Something should pop on one of those.

Just got word a friend drew his Mountain Goat tag Unit G-3.
So far he is the only person I know locally that has a tag for anything yet.
Starting off slim this year, I'm sure a big buck tag is in my near future.

Brian - Fact is, I haven't really been trying to draw yet. There is only 1 tag I want, and I think I am still 1-2 yrs away from it anyway.

I was thinking Yogi's little buddy Boo-Boo, would do just fine! I need another bear like I need a hole in the head, but it will be fun none the less.

Well deer don't appear to be on the back door list yet Frowner I didn't put in for antelope or elk this year, really banking on that buck tag (and left overs)

If you think every possible niche has been filled already, thank a wildcatter!
