Found out late yesterday evening that my good friend in Idaho, who has guided me four times previously when he didn't have tags, drew ID muzzy tags for early elk and pronghorn.

I drew the same tags last year, couldn't go due to neck surgery, and Idaho told me they would make the tags good for this year if I bought the license... Well, it got better yesterday: he has tags now, too; we get to hunt together. I am stoked!
