I'm gettin excited! Loads developed as much as I could with the time I have, and I'm gettin gear ready today. We leave late monday morning to head up to 551 on the eastern slope of Monarch Pass to go chase elk for CO's 4th rifle season. We have 5 tags to fill, hopefully its a banner year! I'm already praying for a good snowfall, with lots of nice light fluffy silencing powder. For those familiar with the area, I think I'm going to be concentrating back near the ranger station in Long Branch Creek.
