| Dye Creek Outfitters and Camp 5 outfitters for wild hogs. Don't have a web address. Use a search engine and you can probably dig up some curent info. Muliple Use Managers (MUM) can get you into Red Deer, Elk and Mule Deer on Catalina Island, but they are EXPENSIVE!!!

| Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I lived in California for many years, did some hunting there, but most in Colorado. If I remember correctly, California had a population of Audad raoming the deserts mountian in San Bernardino county. Don't take this as gosple, but I believe the season was open year round. Check it out. The sheep roamed on public land. |

| Hunter Liggett is a problem right now because of 9/11. You might try: www.boaring.com for a pig hunt. |

| Well, since you want to focus on exotics I'll point out that the Virginia oppossum (Didelphis virginianus) is not indigenous to California. And the season is open all year, 24 hours a day, no limit and few restrictions on method of take. Otherwise take the above advice and go hunt hogs, great first big game animal for a kid. |

No problems with FHL that I've seen. Been up there for hog and turkey hunts several times in the past year. They can close certain training areas for training but they did that before 9-11. |
