OK, actually it's the LEO that can claim the kill. A nice little 4x4 mulie buck was clipped by a car this morning across the street and a Salt Lake City PD officer finished him off with his duty weapon. Poor thing was dragging his left hind leg and was clearly not gonna make it. Called up the DWR and got a salvage tag and am currently butchering in my girlfriends back yard. The girl, her mother, and the vegetarian neighbors are not altogether thrilled.

GOT VENISON!

John,

Just tell them that if they aren't nice to you, you'll do something dramatic...like move to Egypt!

Hey George,

That WOULD be dramatic! I called a buddy and we got that deer cut into steaks and roasts in no time at all. Another 10 minutes to cover all the bloody snow with pretty white snow and the girlfriend and family were happy again.

Hey George, do you live in Manhattan or do you work there? Don't make a special trip or anything but I'm gonna be in NYC early tomorrow and have a whole day to kill before catching an afternoon train to NJ. Buy you a slice and a beer? Or we could meet at the Dunhill shop and smoke our lunch?

Best,
