Hey Folks,

I posted one of my favorite recipes for venison in the recipe section.

I'm sure there's a lot of fresh venison in the freezers right now.

Good Idea. I have a Strap recipe I tried yesterday for Thanksgiving to supplement the Turkey. It was/is wonerful. I modified the original recipe which wasnt very specific as far as amounts, so, you might want to change it to your taste as well. I'll put it up right away.

Yeah, I agree. Come on everybody. My favorite is still: stew size chunks sauteed hot and fast in butter, garlic , onion powder, fresh ground pepper, and at the very end , a little bit of soy sauce, and sometimes cumin or worceister. Cool variation: Heavy on the pepper, and melt in a little honey. Or a nice Cajun Blackened seasoning.
