I am planning a trip in October to the Yampa area. (second season) My questions are do you need a non resident hunting license and an elk tag or is the elk tag your license?? Also do you need a non resident small game license to shoot a coyote if you see one?? I have been researching the Colorado game and fish website but am having a difficult time finding all the information. Thank you.
