I am looking for a night vision monocular and cannot make up my mind in between night owl

I feel that the Night Owl model might be somewhat a better choice, but which one would you choose and why ?

Main use will be to watch wildlife in those dark nights without or wih very little moonlight

If you can think of any other better alternative at that given budget (I might pay some 300 USD or so), please do tell me which might it be...
