For those who have set up a trail camera at a water hole, feeder or game crossing, what delay do you set for the pictures?

I'll be taking a trail camera with me to South Africa to set up at a water hole, and I don't want to fill up the SD card with a bunch of pictures from the same herd of impala mingling around.

I normally set if up for 15 or 30 seconds but if I was having a lot more activity I most likely set it up in a burst mode very 3 minutes or so.
