My son, Brian, and I only had one day to hunt this year so we went to my parents place on Bull Shoals lake. He sat in my bow stand in the morning and had five does/fawns walk right under him. I sat on the deck and shot the ninth deer I saw and the first to present a shot. I dropped a doe from 85 yards at 9:15. Brian shot a five pointer at 4:00 from the deck at a little over 200 yards. Both dropped straight down from a 100 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip in the lungs from our .25-06s. His second deer.
