Fairfield CT Local?
Wondering if anyone else in the Greenwich, Westport, Fairfield area?

Know deer hunting around could be good - just need some organization. + have some duck hunting.

I found Connecticut deer hunting somewhat frustrating, public land is sparse. The best opportunities seem to be on privately owned farms.

We moved there in September 1992, left in September 2000. I had a good time there, but the hunting was thin. We were not around Greenwich, further north.

I rebuilt a power plant in Stamford in 2006 and used to see deer and turkeys all the time in the plant.

Yeah, my old house (before Sandy...) used to be @ the Nowalk power plant, tons of good Toms + good bucks. But the manager never let me hunt it....
