Was testing WebPhotos, my new photo host server as Webshots wasn't delivering anymore. Ah, the pic : a (small) Red Stag shot in the Scottish Highlands with a Weatherby Mk V, custom rebarreled in .300 Win Mag. ------------------ PS. Tombo, I agree with you. Apart from the handsome fellow holding the rifle, the other 2 are ugly. [This message has been edited by Andr Mertens (edited 01-22-2002).]

Salut BER007, Compagnon en saint Hubert, This Stag was taken, with 3 of his brethren, during a week I spent in Blair Atholl / Pertshire in '93. I went there 5-6 times so far and hope to go more. It's not the cheapest place in Scotland but the scenery is breathtaking and game plentyful. Stags are much smaller than in our country but you really earn them as the going is quite physical. Here's another pic of another Stag, during the same week. Hot Core, sorry to disappoint you but, yes, Sierra 180 SP ProHunter it was in both cases, fuelled by 71.5 gn. of N160. ------------------
