What animals in North America/America are considered Big Game?

Also are any of the Exotics considered Big Game, i.e. Feral Hogs/Red Deer/Nilgai etc. etc. etc.

1 meal or less, small game,

2 meals or more, big game.

Sometimes its a tough decision, shoot the bigger of the two, I usually go for the white-tail doe though, I like the ears I gnaw on to be made of corn.
