This was done by a taxidermist near my house in Ridgway Colorado. He parks his truck outside with cool mounts like this during the hunting season. I thougt this one was pretty neat. He's going to be doing a kudu for me soon.

I don't shoot elk at 600 yards for the same reasons I don't shoot ducks on the water, or turkeys from their roosts. If this confuses you then you're not welcome in my hunting camp.

That's one outstanding mount! I think the hardest thing in taxidermy is getting cats right. I'd really like to see a closer view of the face.
But from here it looks really good.

If he came up with the scene, he deserves even more congrats. Very cool.
