My dad passed away july 4 this year .He loved to hunt and loved even more to teach kids to hunt .He taught and took over 50 kids deer hunting when i grew up .He helped them get in stands get deer and taught them how to clean deer .I never saw him ever mad at anyone hunting .He cooked for everyone and mads sure everyone had fun .The kids he took all loved him too .HE never turned down any kids to hunt.

I am sorry for your loss, but it sounds like he left a great legacy. He lives on through you and all of them, in a way.

I’m sorry for your loss, but glad to learn about your dad’s passion for introducing kids to the outdoors. He sounds like someone I’d have loved to share a duck blind with.

Sounds like your father has a lot of folks out there to keep him alive in the impact.

Sorry for your loss. I learned so much from him and I think he would be proud on passing his knowledge to my wife. She never hunted before and grew up on the mainline in Philadelphia. She now has a number of Whitetails and Elk, including Moose, Bear and a slew of animals from Africa.
