Anybody out there used John Porter's outfit?

Yes, in 2003 I took a bighorn sheep with John in Wyoming's Unit 3. John is a hard working honest guide and has good hunt areas. He is a hardcore hunter and will push you to do your best. Also, he is an excellent coach of long range shooting skills

I've exchanged many emails with John. I've talked with him on the phone plenty of times. If I had time, I wouldn't hesitate to hunt with him.

Anybody else hut with John?

A few years back a friend hunted sheep with John and had nothing but good things to say about the way they hunted, in fact they killed the largest Bighorn Sheep in Wyoming in the last twenty years.

I would highly recommend him and his guiding service.

So that was you that found that Big Ram, the story I heard was two guys were out hunting elk and spotted that Ram and word got back to John.

To bad your friend didn't keep his mouth shut, that a nice Ram.
