I have a cow /calf permit for this area and would happily pay to get on a ranch or somewhere to shoot one. My partner and I didn't get drawn for mulies but were still coming out to visit our rancher friend.so I bought a cow permit so were can at least share in some good meat. Thanks, Jeff

Good luck I hope you find a place. The ironic part of the area 129 is it was created by Game and Fish to help the ranchers thin out some elk herds that were not part of an existing elk area. One would think that would open some access up especially for cows but so far I haven't seen it.
