This is a recovered bullet from a deer the year before that was hit at the base of the neck and the bullet was found resting against the rear ham. The deer was shot head on at under 50 yards.   -------------------- THANOS WAS RIGHT! | |||

Good shooting! Forty years ago next month my uncle Ron demonstrated to me the effectiveness of the 20 gauge slug by killing a buck with one shot through the lungs at a measured 256 yards. I believe it's +3.5 at 100, 0 at 150 and -8.5 at 200. Our farthest ever was the very first one at 198 yards. Most are around 110. -------------------- THANOS WAS RIGHT! | |||
