Madgoat......you seem to have a burr up your butt about something but it isn't clear why you are so angry. I think anyone would agree that if you live in Wyoming (or Colorado or Montana or Idaho or take your pick) you probably have access to hunt...either your own land, land of relatives or even friends....or at the worst, you might need to pay a small "trespass fee". You have the gear you need, you probably know the country and are probably familiar with the habits and movement of the game....and hopefully you know all the applicable game laws and regulations. All I can say is "LUCKY YOU"! Now contrast this to someone who lives in another time zone.... who would like to hunt mule deer and/or antelope in Wyoming. He may or may not be an experienced hunter where he lives but he probably doesn't have all the gear it would take to have a successful hunt in Wyoming on his own and it's for darn sure he doesn't have the time to come out and scout around because he has limited vacation time to hunt. All this doesn't make him gullible or less of a hunter than you, it just makes him a non-resident who will come and spend money and leave so rather than being such a hard-ass on this issue you should be thankful he's willing to do it.
