I am looking for information for Area 90 which is East of Lander Wyoming. It is a limited draw area for nonresidents but not sure for residents. Has anyone hunted in this area the last seral years? Any information would be helpful. Thanks in Advance, ddj The best part of hunting and fishing was the thinking about going and the talking about it after you got back - Robert Ruark

ddj I have drawn that area twice in the last four years and the quality of the hunt has gone way down. To many people riding off the roads using their ATV in the wrong way. I seen peole driving along draws where the deer bed down and when they would jump the deer they have no chance since the country is wide open. I turned in three people from Riverton hunting this way. Sorry for such a glem report however, you don't want to waste you're points. And I also believe the Wy Game and Fish gives out more tags than they advertize. I seen hunters everywhere and I hunted later in the season. The almighty dollar if you will. Steve

Back in the late 80's when I lived In Saratoga I seen a few 170ish bucks come out of there, but that was before the advent of everyone having a 4wheeler. Like Steve said.

Trout, if I was going to come all the way to Wy to hunt a muley that would not be my preference. I go out to Gas Hills area quite a bit looking for sod poodles and rarely if ever see anything out there deer wise worth shooting, excellent antelope area though. Steve, Thanks for the info. I heard that the quality of 90 was down. I have the max points for Wyoming and am trying to decide which area to apply. Which areas are the best for high quality Mule Deer? ddj The best part of hunting and fishing was the thinking about going and the talking about it after you got back - Robert Ruark
