My wife is attending a seminar in St. Louis MO next week and I'm tagging along.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to hunting/shooting related sites to see while I'm there?

Kind of what I figured, guess I'll pack a good book and a 1911.

There is a new Cabelas just west of the airport in Hazlewood also Bass Pro 7 miles to the west of Cabelas in St. Charles just down the block on 5th street from Bass Pro is Graffs & Sons reloading. The Arch tour is a done once cool thing. The St. Louis Zoo is a DON'T MISS world class zoo. Grants farm is also something to check out. The Busch Brewery tours are also realy great also the last three are FREE.

Imo's or Pointers pizza for St. Louis thin style pizza. River boat gameing. Don't forget the ZOO

Now that's sounding more promising!! Multiple museums, a zoo and a brewery tour. Note to self, go to Graf's before doing the brewery. Otherwise it might be hazardous to my wealth.

What I was told, for what's that's worth, is it was the inspiration for the movie Road House. Try the grilled shrimp...great with the cold brewski of your choice..and also let me put you on to my favorite St. Louis Italian restaurant - http://www.bartolinosrestaurants.com/. They relocated several years ago from The Hill (the old Italian part of town) to the present location, but it's still a high class place..great food and service and a "must" stop for us when in town. Here's something else worth seeing too - http://stlouis.missouri.org/citygov/parks/forestpark/. There's no end of stuff to do and see in that town.
