We eat venison meat for everything city folk buy cow meat for. My GF loves it AND loves to pull the trigger .And we (were) out of ground meat. 2 years ago Red killed 5 deer. Last year--1. So this morning I let her do her civic duty. jesse & al are on the ground never to pollute the gene pool again.

On the place we hunt, deer that we do not want breeding are labeled jesse or al after the 2 legged pos's. At least the 4 legged ones have some value!
And she wielded a blade to help me get it all in coolers. Once aged, it will feed us (and others) for awhile.
