I have no idea of the absolute numbers, but I would guess that the origin of scopes sold in the U.S. looks like this: 1. Asia 2. USA 3. Europe Don't know of any from Austrailia, S. America, Africa, Antarctica, or other countries in N. America. Weaver components used to be assembled in Mexico, but I don't think any scopes are now manufactured there. As far as firearms sales, I think the origins would look like this: 1. Asia (maybe or maybe not after the banning of the SKS and AK derivitives). 2. USA 3. S. America 4. Europe As to whether more European goods are sold in USA than in Europe, I doubt it, but that's just my guess. Would love to hear from someone who actually has access to sales figures.

I wouldn't know, I recently tossed all my worthless scopes (Leupolds) in the canal near my house. I have gone back to using iron sights, I couldn't stand the heat...Now all my troubles are over.

quote:I presume you are using only Montana Vintage Arms irons of course. They are by far the best. The rest is total junk. Brent
