I just saw Zumbo's first show back after his bout with "foot in mouth" disease. Honestly, I can't believe Jim was that clueless on firearms in the first place.

Forgive him but don't hire him - that's what I would do. He's damaged goods as far as I'm concerned.

If you ever wondered why more folks don't take up hunting and shooting sports--read this thread and reflect on what kind of impression we leave with them when they read it.

Gotta agree with Bill. It seems the newbies haven't learned civility yet. I might not like Zumbo, but there are different ways to express it.

When it comes to the 2nd Amendment, and his attack of it, to hell with him. He is 64, senial, and done. He needs to move on, all that is holding him back is his ego.

Zumbo is a town in western Mozambique on the Zambezi river, a former slave trading depot (the pits are still there) and a former Portugese colonial outpost. Today Zumbo features a gasoline generator, one TV set, lots of goats and beer.

I have met no one in Zumbo who objects to the AR15 platform, although most locals hunt with home made muzzle loaders.

I occasionally watched his shows and found them to be more about Zumbo than about hunting. I stopped watching them prior to the black gun controversy, so I will not watch the new one.

BTW, 64 and *not* senile, kid.
